Purpose
Hummingbird Flight 360 is a library of configurable user-experience controls for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Its purpose is to change how a customer record reads, not what sits behind it. Built on the Power Apps Component Framework and deployed as a standard solution, it gives customer-facing teams the essentials of a person, their relationships, their history and every change to their record on a single screen, using the same data and the same platform they already own. It exists because, in our approach, how information is presented is not a finishing touch; it is the product.
The problem it solves
Out of the box, a Dynamics 365 record spreads what a person needs across tabs, sub-grids and related screens. The information is all there, but the people who rely on it most, account managers, member services teams and relationship managers, are also the busiest, and every conversation starts with a hunt: scroll for the last interaction, open another tab for the household, find a different screen to see who changed what. That friction has a predictable result. Users trust the system less, work around it in notes and spreadsheets, and the CRM slowly stops being the source of truth. The problem is not missing data or missing features; it is that the experience was never designed around the person doing the work.
Impact
With Flight 360 in place, the first screen answers the questions a team member actually has. The Member 360 profile shows who the customer is and what matters about them the moment the record opens; Connected people shows the network behind the name; the Timeline tells the relationship as one story; Audit history makes "who changed this" a glance rather than a support ticket. The result is faster conversations, fewer clicks, and better decisions made in front of the customer. Because every tile and control is configurable, the same library fits a super fund, a retailer, a government agency or a professional services firm without rebuilding anything, and adoption improves for the simplest reason: the CRM becomes the easiest place to find the answer.
